The page will load the versioned summary when the run reaches ready. No placeholder coefficients are shown.
System
| level | group | n | pearson_r | spearman_rho |
|---|
Scroll horizontally on narrow screens. Column headers remain visible while scrolling.
No System groups meet the current observation threshold.
Tissue
| level | group | n | pearson_r | spearman_rho |
|---|
Scroll horizontally on narrow screens. Column headers remain visible while scrolling.
No Tissue groups meet the current observation threshold.
Cell type
| level | group | n | pearson_r | spearman_rho |
|---|
Scroll horizontally on narrow screens. Column headers remain visible while scrolling.
No Cell type groups meet the current observation threshold.
Coefficient display only: this versioned run does not report p or q values because donor/sample-level independent replicates are unavailable. n is the number of cells.
What ρ is
Cell-level Spearman correlation of the two gene-set scores in SP121. Not a causal or ligand–receptor result.
- Independent support: donor/sample aggregation is preferred over treating cells from one donor as independent.
- Multiplicity: group-level tests must report BH-FDR alongside effect size.
- Insufficient support: groups below the minimum observation threshold remain not estimable.
