Aging Single-Cell Atlases

A curated literature index of single-cell, single-nucleus and spatial aging studies across model species, paired with LACA atlas routes and a separate PubMed discovery search.

Conceptual cross-species aging atlas map Seven catalog species connect to a curated single-cell aging evidence collection. The two macaque species are shown as separate nodes; connections are conceptual and do not encode evolutionary distance. human mouse rat cynomolgus zebrafish fruit fly rhesus AGING ATLAS

Curated context before discovery

The page separates a manually maintained catalog from keyword-based PubMed discovery, so users can distinguish reviewed starting points from uncurated search results.

Curated catalog
Species-organized reference studies

Entries include broad atlases and focused tissue studies. Every record retains its publication, tissue, cell-count and summarized finding fields from the maintained TSV catalog.

Interpretation
LACA routes provide atlas context

Where available, the LACA link opens a species-level or named dataset view. It should not be interpreted as a paper-specific reproduction unless the route explicitly identifies that dataset.

Browse studies by model species

Each entry preserves the maintained study metadata and provides separate routes to LACA context, PubMed evidence and the publisher or preprint record.
