Source atlas
SP121: ~1.24M+ cells across 47 tissues with standardized cell-type and tissue annotations used for grouping.
Expression support for ligand–receptor pairs in the SP121 human atlas (CellChatDB; no permutation test). Score is detection support, not an age effect.
Scores are ligand × receptor expression support inside tissue × cell-type groups.
SP121: ~1.24M+ cells across 47 tissues with standardized cell-type and tissue annotations used for grouping.
19 pathways pre-selected for aging/longevity relevance (IGF, IL6, IL1, TNF, TGF-β, WNT, NOTCH, FGF, VEGF, ANGPT, PDGF, etc.).
Lightweight expression support (ligand support in sender × receptor support in receiver) using CellChatDB definitions. No permutation-based CellChat inference.
If the release JSON is enriched with longevity/aging annotations (ligand/receptor membership in curated gene sets), the explorer can filter by "signal type": Longevity-focused, Aging-focused, or Crosstalk between them.
At least one side (ligand or receptor) belongs to a curated longevity-associated gene set (e.g., the 15-gene set already projected on SP121).
At least one side belongs to a senescence/inflammaging-related gene set (expandable; starter markers include IL6, IL1, TNF, CDKN2A, etc.).
One side in the longevity gene set, the other in the aging set.
Outside the current longevity/aging gene sets, still inside the 19 pathways.
Filter SP121 tissue × cell-type channels. Signal type uses the longevity and aging gene-set tags when present.

Note: Score represents expression support (not age effect size). When channels are annotated with longevity/aging gene sets, use the Signal column and filters to focus on Longevity-focused / Aging-focused / Crosstalk channels.
