Blood bulk RNA-seq cohorts curated as complementary evidence for immune-aging analyses.

Processed matrices and metadata for these three bulk RNA-seq cohorts are available in the internal archive (including the GSE182409 files under the donor bundle). These datasets do not provide public per-donor age values. GSE221521 supports group-level age annotation; GSE255685 supports a broad adolescent cohort label; GSE182409 provides pregnancy-stage metadata only.

Publicly accessible blood proteomics resources curated as protein-layer evidence for immune-aging and disease-risk analyses.

The internal archive currently contains approximately 29.0G across the five tracked proteomics resources, including GNHS / WEBIRTH, CRC and RA files. Complete individual phenotype-linked matrices may remain limited by the original studies.

Direct-download blood metabolomics resources curated as the metabolic layer for immune-aging, cardiometabolic, liver-disease, pregnancy, infection, and pediatric analyses.

The internal archive currently contains approximately 104.6G across the eight listed metabolomics studies. Participant counts use de-duplicated estimates where possible. MTBLS13501 is counted as approximately 25 children; MTBLS5568 contributes the 12 Asian Regional participants while also documenting the 24-person full study.
