Reproductive system

The reproductive system enables the production of offspring. It differs significantly between males and females. The male system (testes, ducts, accessory glands, penis) produces and delivers sperm. The female system (ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina) produces oocytes (eggs), supports fertilization, and nurtures fetal development. This system is regulated by sex hormones (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone) and is crucial for genetic continuity and the survival of the species.
