Hallmarks of Aging Data Explorer
Explore twelve Hallmarks-of-Aging transcriptomic proxy programs across the full SP121 Human single-cell atlas. Scores are descriptive expression summaries, not direct functional assays or clinical biomarkers.
Interpretation boundary: higher scores indicate stronger expression of the selected proxy gene program. They do not uniformly mean more damage, faster aging, pathway activation, or causality. Age-association statistics remain unavailable until donor-level metadata and biological replicates are validated.
